Buyer’s
Agent
With TEAM ZIEGLER, our buyers have an advantage. Our "Over the Top Customer Service, expertise and market knowledge insures that you will get attention you deserve.
WHAT IS A BUYER'S AGENT?
As a buyer's agent, TEAM ZIEGLER represents only the buyer in a real estate transaction. A Buyer's Agent is the counterpart to a Seller's Agent. Our goal will be to help you find the best real estate property in the least amount of time, with the least amount of stress and for the best price. We are responsible for protecting your interest. Research by the National Association of REALTORS has shown that when a Buyer's Agent is used, the prospective buyer found a home one week faster and examined three more real estate properties than those consumers who did not use a Buyer's Agent.
WHAT ARE TYPICAL FEES IN WORKING WITH
A BUYER'S AGENT?
Usually the seller pays the commission which is split between
the Buyer's Agent and the Sellers Agent.
