FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agents - 2007

The FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent Award is limited to less than 7% of all agents within
the Charlotte area. As an independent third party, Crescendo Business Services present the FIVE STAR award to assist
consumers in selecting a real estate agent that provides exceptional client satisfaction, indicated by other consumers.

THE SELECTION PROCESS
In June, Crescendo Business Services mailed more than 32,000 nomination ballots to Charlotte area residents who had recently
purchased homes. On the ballots, recipients were asked to nominate only real estate agents whom they knew through personal experience, and to evaluate them based upon nine criteria: customer service, communication, finding the right home, integrity, negotiation, marketing the home, market knowledge, closing preparation and overall satisfaction.
By July stacks of ballots had arrived and Crescendo began carefully scoring each Real Estate Agent. Before finalizing the list, nominated real estate agents were reviewed by a blue-ribbon panel. The blue-ribbon panel consisted of realty company
executives, professional and trade association officers and others directly involved in housing-related businesses.
BEST IN CLIENT SATISFACTION
This is an elite group, representing less than seven percent of the real estate agents in the Charlotte area.
